Summer Wedding at Green Villa Barn + Garden

Weddings

The Green Villa Barn and Garden is a lush, green wedding venue in Independence, Oregon. The barn offers an indoor location to accommodate the unpredictable Oregon weather, as well as outdoor gardens for a fairytale wedding. Nestled in the heart of nature, this charming venue offers both breathtaking gardens and rustic elegance, making it the perfect setting for a July wedding.

We started the day by getting ready in the bride’s and groom’s separate suites, on-site at the venue. It makes your wedding day so seamless when you can arrive early in the morning and plan to stay there all day long from hair and makeup, all through the dancing of the reception. Malory and Jossa also chose to have a first touch before their ceremony, so they could have a private moment to hold hands and read their vows prior to standing up in front of guests.

The bride and groom exchanged their vows in a beautiful outdoor garden ceremony. The lush greenery and hydrangeas provided a stunning backdrop, while the soft summer breeze set the perfect tone for this special moment.

Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed inside the barn for the reception. The rustic barn, with its high wooden beams and warm, inviting ambiance, provided the perfect contrast to the outdoor garden ceremony. The barn’s charm truly came to life with twinkling string lights, elegant table settings, and thoughtful details that reflected the couple’s personal style. We also spent a bit of time for my favorite part of the day, portraits. I love that there are several areas to take photos, with different foliage to use as decor.
